From Complex Engineering to Simple Understanding

A major civil engineering assignment on the LNG Terminal project in Brunsbüttel, Germany, with a civil works budget of approximately €135 million. The mission combined engineering support during the design phase with on-site representation during execution, focusing on precast concrete elements, in-situ concrete works, technical coordination, and construction supervision on a large-scale energy infrastructure project.

A complex €25M brownfield industrial project involving the construction of a new liquid production line inside an existing operational factory. With only around 10% downtime, the project required precise coordination, basement reinforcement, piling works, steel structure erection, stability checks, and intensive site supervision to deliver a new production facility within a live manufacturing environment.

This project involved the structural verification of an industrial steel floor designed to support a new 10-ton flash tank and a plate heat exchanger of approximately 1 ton. The mission included site surveys, structural modelling, load analysis, stability checks, connection verification, and calculation notes to confirm that the existing and new steel structure could safely support the additional equipment loads.
